Shipping fees are calculated at the time or order based on product type, weight and quantity.  Shipments are sent via USPS First Class mail with tracking.

If you are buying a subscription, then we will deliver on:  Each week on the day selected in your account settings.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
